No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of 48 contiguous United States & the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age & older as of 4/24/08 except employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”), their respective parents, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies (hereafter, collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household as such employees, officers, directors, representatives or agents whether or not related. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The Sweepstakes will be divided into (16) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) (see chart below). Two (2) ways to participate between 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 4/24/08 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 8/3/08 (the “Promotion Period”): 1) Text: Text keyword “WIN” to 33992 from your SMS capable handset and automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. NOTE: You will be charged for each text message sent from your handset according to the terms of your service agreement with your wireless service provider. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions. 2) Online: Visit www.blueroom.com/teamusa & follow the directions provided to complete & submit the online Official Entry Form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received by the specified deadline for the applicable Entry Period to be eligible (see chart below). There is a limit of (25) entries per person, per household, per wireless phone number & per email address for each day of the Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry. Additional entries beyond the specified limit for any given day from any one person, household, wireless phone number or email address will be void. If a winner is a text message sender, prize will be awarded to the individual named on the wireless account from which the text message was sent. In the event a winning account selected is a joint account, a total of one (1) prize will be awarded in the names of said joint account holders. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, entrant will be deemed individual named on the online Official Entry Form regardless of whether that individual is the authorized account holder of the email address at issue. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate or misdirected entries, text messages or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, malfunction of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communication malfunctions, cellular equipment tower, telephone systems, wireless service problems, errors or malfunctions, garbled, misrouted, scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, network or electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries or text messages; for inaccurate entry or other Sweepstakes related information, printing, typographical or other errors appearing in these Official Rules, or in other Sweepstakes-related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Use of script, macro or any other device to automate entry is prohibited and any entries received through such means will be void.
Grand Prize Drawing: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about 8/5/08 from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period, and notified by telephone and/or mail. Drawing will be performed by P/S/T, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period.
First & Weekly Prize Drawings: Potential Weekly Prize and, as applicable, First Prize winners will be selected in individual random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period as outlined below:

Grand Prize Details: The Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) plasma television. Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,300. Grand Prize details, including make, model & size, are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
First Prize Details: Each trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S., 2-night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/event and two (2) tickets to the designated event. ARV of each First Prize: $1,200. Value of each trip may vary depending on location of winner’s residence. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. Each winner and his/her respective guest must travel together on same itinerary. If a winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. If a designated event is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less affected event tickets, which will be substituted with items of comparable or equal value as available and determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event. Event tickets may change and are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor.
Weekly Prize Details: Weekly Prizes to be randomly awarded as described on chart above. Ten (10) autographed swim cap & photo (ARV: $5); Six (6) autographed track shoe & photo (ARV: $40); Ten (10) autographed sling bag & photo (ARV: $10); Five (5) autographed BMX rider jersey& photo (ARV: $20); Twenty (20) autographed volleyball & photo (ARV: $20); Five (5) autographed Taekwondo uniform & photo (ARV: $25); Five (5) autographed black belt & photo (ARV: $10); Five (5) autographed USA diving shirt & photo (ARV: $10). All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Autographed prizes to be hand-signed by an athlete designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of hand-signed merchandise subject to fluctuation based on the featured athlete and current market value at time of prize award. Prizes are not game used or worn. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes (Grand, First & Weekly): $4,815.
Miscellaneous: All federal, state and local taxes, if any, & any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein as being provided are the winners’ sole responsibility. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion (except as provided herein). Potential Grand & First Prize winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where permitted by law, a publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance of notification. Guest of each First Prize winner (who must be 18 years of age or older) must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or the prize notification being returned as non-deliverable for any reason will result in prize being forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries for the applicable drawing. By entering, entrants agree: 1) that Sponsor & its designees shall have the right & permission to use entrant’s name &/or picture &/or likeness, biographical information or voice for trade, advertising, promotional &/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability & will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including and travel to/from and attendance at event or any activity undertaken in connection therewith) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries &/or modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes &, in the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, at its discretion select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to event requiring such termination.
