a. AT&T's "LAIR A-LIST" ("Sweepstakes") will begin on or around 12:01am on 7/31/2007 and will end on 11:59pm on 8/31/2007.

b. To participate in the Sweepstakes, you may enter as follows: Log onto http://www.attblueroom.com. Follow the links and instructions to enter and submit your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the “authorized account holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsors. Sponsors’ computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

a. The Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of AT&T Operations, Inc., IGN Entertainment, a unit of FOX Interactive Media, Inc., its licensees, and each of their respective corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. (AT&T Operations, Inc., IGN Entertainment, and Sponsors shall be collectively referred to as the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply.

b. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and Sponsors will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsors will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and Sponsors will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZE

One (1) Prize: PLAYSTATION 3 60GB retail console package, LAIR game, and signed and framed concept art. Approximate Retail Value: $850.00. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities. Prize subject to availability and the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of winner.

a. Decisions of Sweepstakes Entities management with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

b. Winner to be selected on or about September 15, 2007. Winner will be chosen by random drawing from all Sweepstakes entries received.

c. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

d. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen at random. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If winner is a minor (under 18, or under 19 in Alabama and Nebraska), prize will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents.

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to have its name, address (city and state), voice, image, photograph and/or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Entrants and winner agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity and for claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

d. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sponsors’ website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors’ further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsors, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or canceled Sponsors reserve the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f. Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in a entrant's disqualification solely at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities.

g. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of a prize.
