Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), 21 years or older as of 11/5/2007. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of AT&T Operations, Inc., its parent, subsidiary & affiliated companies (individually & collectively referred to as "Sponsor"), its advertising, promotion and administrative agencies, CBS Radio Inc., and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in their same household, whether or not related are ineligible to participate. Void in PR and outside the fifty (50) United States and where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

To Participate: Visit blueroom.att.com between 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on 11/5/2007 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/1/2007(the "Promotion Period") and complete & submit the Official Entry Form to be entered in the sweepstakes. You will need to enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address in the online entry form. There is a limit of one entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from any one person, household or email address will void all but the initial entry. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate or misdirected entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, network or electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; for inaccurate entry or other sweepstakes related information, printing, typographical or other errors appearing in the rules, or in other sweepstakes related materials. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Sponsor and/or Administrator will reject and delete any entry that they discover to be false or fraudulent. The Sponsor and/or Administrator will disqualify any entry received from persons under the minimum age requirement specified for this sweepstakes and will also delete the entries received from any person under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Prize: One (1) Prize: Trip for two (2) (winner and guest, age 21 or older) on a Carnival Cruise line. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Miami, Fl. Cruise trip dates are January 27th-February 1st 2008. The cruise departs from and returns to Miami, FL with stops in Grand Cayman and Jamaica. Winner and guest are guaranteed admission to one (1) Barenaked Ladies headlining performance while on the cruise. Winner and guest will also be able to attend additional concerts by other bands throughout the cruise, however, the event is run “festival style,” with multiple shows going on simultaneously on multiple stages. All of those shows are general admission. In addition to admission to all the free concerts, the following are included: all meals (there's gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms, casual indoor and outdoor grills open for meals throughout the day and 24 hour room service), non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee), free entrance to hot spots like the ship's disco, casino and piano bar, use of the ship's beautiful pools and giant waterslide, use of the ship's health and fitness center, Camp Carnival facilities if you're bringing your children. NOT Included are: gambling, spa, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, any meals, events or tours while in Port, ground transportation, and cruise insurance. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,000) Value of trip may vary depending on location of winner's residence. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the concert venue, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor winner may be disqualified & an alternate winner selected. If the concert is cancelled, winner will receive trip less tickets to the performance and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If the concert is postponed, winner's trip will be re-scheduled for the date in which concert will take place. Winner is responsible for federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and gratuities, not specified herein. Prize winner must supply the Sponsor with their social security numbers for tax purposes. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations shall be determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest if he/she engages in Sponsor’s sole discretion in any disruptive behavior with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert. The following items are not included: meals not listed, alcoholic beverages, items of a personal nature (including, but not limited to, excursions, spa, casino, and gift shops) and any other expenses not specifically offered herein. Estimated trip value is based on current pricing and may vary according to availability and travel dates and point of origin. No compensation will be granted if actual cost is lower than estimated cost.

Drawing: Potential winner shall be selected from among all valid entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing held on 11/31/2007 by CBS Radio Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential winner will be contacted by telephone, U.S. mail and/or overnight express. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where allowed by law, a publicity release, within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Prize winner's guest, who must be 21 years of age or older, must also execute & return a liability & publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or if prize notification or if prize is returned or is non-deliverable for any reason, or if winner declines a prize or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing of the remaining eligible entries. By entering, entrants agree 1) that Sponsor, Administrator, and their designees shall have the right & permission to use (if entrant is winner) entrant's name and/or picture and/or likeness or biographical information or voice for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; and 2) that that the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or related activity or attendance at a performance) or participation in this sweepstakes. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Administrator reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the sweepstakes, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
