Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Southwest Airlines, AT&T Operations, Inc., its parent, subsidiary & affiliated companies (individually & collectively referred to as "Sponsor"), its advertising, promotion and administrative agencies, CBS Radio Inc., and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (hereafter, collectively "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in their same household, whether or not related are ineligible to participate. To Participate: Visit attblueroom.com/music between 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on 9/1/08 and 11:59:59 PM CT on 9/14/08(the "Promotion Period") and complete & submit the Official Entry Form to be entered in the sweepstakes. You will need to enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address in the online entry form. There is a limit of one entry per person/household/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from any one person, household or email address will void all but the initial entry. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate or misdirected entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, network or electronic or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; for inaccurate entry or other sweepstakes related information, printing, typographical or other errors appearing in the rules, or in other sweepstakes related materials. ) a. (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) (winner and guest, age 18 or older) to Los Angeles to see Nelly perform on September 17, 2008. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport serviced by Southwest Airlines nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA, two (2) night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) (as determined by Sponsor), two (2) tickets to attend the concert (as determined by Sponsor). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,000. Value of trip may vary depending on location of winner's residence. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Tickets issued by Southwest Airlines will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. Tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only from the airport nearest the winnerıs residence served by Southwest Airlines. If the winner does not live in a city served by Southwest Airlines, winner will be responsible for transportation to the nearest airport served by Southwest Airlines. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities. Prize subject to availability and the Contest Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable. If winner cannot travel on dates specified by Contest Entities, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, are the responsibility of the winner. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. In addition, travel companion of Winner must be 18 years of age or older. Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during their stay. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Contest Entities have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and travel companion must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Contest Entities, the Contest Entitiesı sole responsibility to a Winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations to be determined by Contest Entities. Contest Entities reserve the right remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert.

Drawing: Potential winner shall be selected from among all valid entries received during the Promotion Period in a random drawing held on 9/15/08 by CBS Radio Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Potential winner will be contacted by telephone, U.S. mail and/or overnight express. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion of prize) permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion of prize) of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where allowed by law, a publicity release, within five (5) business days of issuance of notification. Prize winner's guest, who must be 18 years of age or older, must also execute & return a liability & publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to satisfy any of the foregoing, comply with these Official Rules or if prize notification or if prize is returned or is non-deliverable for any reason, or if winner declines a prize or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing of the remaining eligible entries. By entering, entrants agree 1) that Sponsor, Administrator, and their designees shall have the right & permission to use (if entrant is winner) entrant's name and/or picture and/or likeness or biographical information or voice for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without any further compensation, consideration, permission or notification except where prohibited by law; and 2) that that the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or related activity or attendance at a performance) or participation in this sweepstakes. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Administrator reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the sweepstakes, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
